• Frontier Welcomes Assistant Superintendent for Business, Mrs. Carolyn Robertson and Middle School Principal, Mr. Ryan Sikorski

    Carolyn Frontier welcomes Mrs. Carolyn Robertson, as the Assistant Superintendent of Business.  Mrs. Robertson has over seven years experience in the school business capacity, arriving from Forestville Central Schools where she held the title of School Business Administrator and as Treasurer at Gowanda Central Schools.

    Carolyn has been a Certified Public Accountant for 23 years, earning her Bachelor’s in Economics and Computer Science from Allegheny College, MBA in Accounting from University of Buffalo and Certificate of Advance Study in School Business Administration from SUNY Brockport. Carolyn has been recognized as a strong leader from Erie 2 BOCES school districts. 

    Mrs. Robertson brings her vast knowledge and expertise needed to successfully oversee the business operations at Frontier, providing leadership, stability and strong decision-making skills.  Carolyn takes pride in establishing a balance between family and career, married 27 years and raising three wonderful children. 

    Mrs. Robertson looks forward to building relationships with fellow colleagues and creating mutual respect throughout the district. 

     Ryan Mr. Ryan Sikorski began his career working as a reading teacher in Buffalo, then Fredonia School District as a middle and high school special education teacher for six years before accepting the position of Elementary Assistant Principal.

    During his teaching tenure, Mr. Sikorski coached modified football, JV baseball, served as the middle school’s department chair for special education and was a mentor teacher for special education.

    After achieving his Bachelor’s degree in exceptional education, Mr. Sikorski went on to obtain his Master’s as a Literacy Specialist from Buffalo State College, then his Certificate of Advanced Study from SUNY Fredonia as a School Building Leader. While in college, Ryan achieved the honor of Magnum Cum Laude.  

    Frontier Central Schools holds a special spot for the Sikorski family.  Ryan attended Frontier schools till 8th grade, graduating from St. Francis High School and Mrs. Sikorski is a Frontier alumni.  Their three children presently attend Frontier giving Mr. Sikorski a vast acknowledge of how the district operates and goals for success. 

    As the Middle School Principal, Mr. Sikorski wants to establish a working relationship with students, staff and community members that results in challenging academic instruction through the use of proven research-based instructional strategies.  Teaching students to be productive members of society; emphasizing the importance of kindness, resiliency and empathy.  Creating an educational setting that meets the behavioral, emotional and intellectual needs of students using a team approach.

    When asked what he is most proud of, Mr. Sikorski stated the impact he has had on students, staff, and family members both as a teacher and administrator.  “Over the years I have worked diligently to establish positive relationships, resulting in productive work and learning environments.  I feel obligated to make people feel valued and genuinely respect the ideas of everyone.  I really believe in the use of an open-door policy and making time to speak with all that have questions or concerns”.

    The portal can be accessed by parents of enrolled students.  Parents can see all children in their household, or students that are related by a guardian flagged relationship.  Students can also be given access to the Portal, but they will only be able to access their own information.   Parents and students can view family demographics, attendance, grades, schedules and more.

    ALL parents must receive an activation code to use the parent portal.   To receive a code simply click on the link below and fill out a short form.
     Students do not need an activation code, use their  student number as the username and the "<first name initial><last name initial><birthdate MMDDYY>" as the password.
